The service

TopMySong is a paid ranking chart for songs. The operator of TopMySong sells a ranking service on this site. Rank is bought. It is not a measure of popularity and it is not based on YouTube performance.

You purchase paid rank on this chart. We do not sell YouTube views. We do not sell YouTube promotion. Payments go to the operator, not to the listed artist and not to YouTube.

Rank after payment

Rank can change after payment. A completed payment increases the song's total on this chart; it does not freeze a position, guarantee traffic, or purchase any YouTube metric. Later ranking changes do not mean the service was not performed.

Audio and listings

We do not host audio. We do not stream audio from our servers. Availability of a preview or an outbound link is controlled by the uploader and the platform that hosts the song. Fan pushes are allowed. We may hide listings that are illegal, hateful, infringing, unauthorized, or a security risk.

Refunds

Once the ranking service has been fully performed, the push is generally not refundable, except where mandatory law requires, a valid withdrawal applies, we charged you twice, we failed to perform the service, the payment was unauthorized, a payment reversal occurs, or we approve a refund. This is not "all sales final regardless of law".

A refund or chargeback reverses the ranking effect of that payment. The historical record of the event is kept.

Not a game of chance

This is not a game of chance. There is no pool and no redeemable cash balance for rank. Credits, when they exist, are a discount on a later push, not rank themselves.

Versions

Checkout will snapshot the exact text shown when you pay, including its date and hash. A later rewrite does not change a payment already made.
